THE GATHERING PLACE

You are Invited to a Sanctuary for Women who Crave Connection, Reflection & Rest

  • Once a month, members gather, via zoom, in real time for a sacred evening of rest. Tanya guides a live meditation and gentle reflection—often followed by journaling prompts and open-hearted conversation. It’s a space to exhale, reconnect with your inner world, and be seen without expectation or performance.

  • Each month, members receive a brand-new guided meditation recorded in Tanya’s “Resting Room.” These are created specifically for this community and available for download, so you can return to them anytime you need to soften, reset, or remember your peace.

  • Between gatherings, members connect in a private online sanctuary designed for depth over noise. It’s a calm corner of the internet where women share insights, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect on what’s unfolding in their lives—all held with tenderness, privacy, and care.

A $97/month sacred membership for the woman who gives so much—and is ready to receive.

Words that awaken, soften, and remind you of your strength.

I'm a Red Flag

I used to think my red flags made me unlovable. I thought if I pulled away first, I could protect myself from the pain of being left. I called it independence, strength, intuition, but really, it was fear. I didn’t know I was running from the very closeness I was craving. I didn’t know I was starving for connection while performing safety. I didn’t know that intimacy, when you’ve survived inconsistent love, can feel like danger.

I’m a Red Flag is not a guidebook. It’s not a “how to fix yourself” manual. It’s a mirror for anyone who has ever pushed love away, mistook anxiety for chemistry, or made themselves small just to feel safe. It’s about learning to stay: with yourself, with love, with the discomfort that arises when something real starts to feel unfamiliar.

Soft Strength

Owning Your Voice, Without Losing Your Heart

Dear Woman Who’s Tired but Still Full of Purpose,

I’m tired too.
Tired of waking up to a world that won’t stop calling my name.
Tired of the responsibilities — the duties that fill my day but never touch my soul.
Tired of being pulled from bed like a bomb went off in my body.

I know that tired.
I’m walking it with you.

Some days, I lie in bed and wish it would all go away.
Wish I didn’t have to be so loud, so controlling, just to keep everything from falling apart.
Wish my soft heart could shine again — that the sweet thoughts in my mind could find my voice.

I wish the love I carry could come out first — instead of the rage.
But the rage finds me. Over and over again.
The rage to get it all done.
I call it the rage of demands.
Because as the list grows, the rage grows with it ….

“My leadership feels softer now, but somehow stronger too.”
- Sarah A., Non-Profit Founder

“Before Tonya, I didn’t know how to receive. I could give endlessly—to my team, my family, my clients—but I was running on empty. Her words, her stillness, her presence—they gave me permission to exhale. ”
Juliet W., Entrepreneur & Mom of 4
